Name change of an organisation is a process prescribed by Companies Act 2013. The name change can be done at any given point of time by taking a consent from board members by conducting boarding meeting and special meeting internally. Once the board members agree to change the name of the company, the name can be checked for the availability and application can be forwarded to ROC for issuance of new Certificate of Incorporation.
