1. As a trust
2. A NPO (Non for Profit Organisation) under Registrar of Societies
3. Section 8 company under companies act 2013

Section 8 company is as similar to society or trust but registered under companies act 2013 under MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) from Govt of India. Whereas, other societies and trusts are registered under respective state governments.
